Abbey’s 1st day of kindergarten..

Abbey’s first day of Kindergarten was on Tuesday. With what little I remember of my childhood, especially when I was 4-1/2 (which is when I went to Kindergarten – kind of early..) I remembered that I liked the Bus! Not sure why, but to this day, I still remember my bus drivers name: Skip. Thick, black rimmed glasses, overweight, with a scraggly beard.

Abbey’s bus driver is named Shilo, and is very nice. I just hope she enjoys it as much as I did. I took her to meet the bus today, and she really did not want to go to school. I can imagine the anxiety she is having with this transition – since I am as well..
